Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All membership purchases on Swayamvaram Telugu Matrimony are non-refundable once activated, as premium benefits (profile visibility, contact access) are immediately provided.

2. No Refund Cases

• After payment and activation of membership plan
• If you find a match before expiry of membership
• For unused days if you deactivate profile early
• Due to change of mind or incorrect plan selection (please review before paying)

3. Eligible for Refund

• Duplicate payment: If charged twice for same plan, full refund of duplicate transaction within 7 working days
• Technical failure: If payment succeeded but membership not activated within 24 hours, we will manually activate or refund upon verification

4. How to Request Refund

Email demo.of2on@gmail.com with Transaction ID, Member ID, and reason within 7 days of payment. Our team will verify and respond within 5 working days.
