Welcome to Swayamvaram Telugu Matrimony. By registering or using our website swayamvaram.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years (Bride) / 21 years (Groom) old as per Indian law
You must provide accurate, true, and verified information
Only one account per person is allowed

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your password
Fake, misleading, or duplicate profiles will be blocked without refund
You must not use the platform for any unlawful or commercial purpose

3. Membership & Payments

Membership plans are prepaid and non-transferable
Prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes; payment via Razorpay/Wallet
Premium benefits (contact view, messages) are active only during valid subscription period

4. Code of Conduct

Be respectful. Harassment, abuse, or solicitation will result in immediate account termination. We monitor messages for safety.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are a matchmaking platform, not a marriage guarantor. We do not guarantee marriage or verify every detail beyond basic checks. Users must verify details personally before proceeding.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms. You may request deactivation anytime from your dashboard.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
